Semi Gantry Crane

Semi Gantry Crane are commonly used in various industries such as manufacturing, construction, and warehouses, where there is a need for lifting and moving loads along a specific path. They are especially useful when the lifting requirements are moderate , and a full gantry crane may be unnecessary or impractical.

A semi-gantry crane comprises a trolley, hoist and bridge mechanism, making it a highly adaptable crane system. Its distinct design distinguishes it from conventional gantry cranes because it only needs runway support on one side. The opposite end carriage of the semi-gantry crane moves on a rail that is either positioned on the ground or at a lower elevation, while the other end carriage follows a standard gantry rail. Because of its increased installation flexibility, this design can be used in both indoor and outdoor settings.
